I'm Daniel. I build houses, and I build the offices that run them.

I'm a home builder in McAllen, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley. I also have a building-materials store in Tulum, Mexico, and a stake in a last-mile trucking company in Miami. I work in English and Spanish every day.

Running three businesses in two countries taught me where small companies lose money: the call nobody picked up, the follow-up nobody sent, the estimate that forgot the dumpster. None of that is a strategy problem. It is an office problem.

So I built an office out of AI agents. They answer, sort, summarize and draft. They do not decide. Anything a customer reads, anything that spends money and anything that promises a date or a price waits for a person. I have run my companies this way for most of 2026, and I write about what works and what breaks on the blog.
