A-100 AI OFFICE
An office that answers, follows up and writes it down.
For small businesses that lose work because the phone rings while everyone is busy. English and Spanish, 24 hours, with you approving anything that goes out.

A-105 INSTALL SCHEDULE
Fourteen days from call to live.
Map your day
A 45-minute call. We list every way work reaches you: calls, texts, WhatsApp, email, forms, marketplaces. We count them and mark what needs you.
Write the rules
What the receptionist says, what it asks, what it never promises. Your prices, hours, service area and the three approval gates, in writing.
Connect and test
Your number forwards to the receptionist on missed or after-hours calls. We call it in English and Spanish until it gets it right.
Go live and tune
Real calls start. For two weeks I read the summaries with you and fix what it gets wrong.
A-106 THE RULES IT FOLLOWS
Three gates. Always.
Anything a customer will read, anything that spends money, and anything that commits a date or a price waits for a person. The AI drafts. You decide.
That is how I run my own companies, and it is the reason I trust the system with my name on it.
A-107 QUESTIONS
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your assistant. People do better with an honest assistant than with a bot pretending to be a person.
Can it give prices?
Only the numbers you approve, like a design fee or a starting price. It never invents a quote. Anything custom gets written down and handed to you.
What happens if the caller wants a person?
It takes a message and texts you right away. On the Office plan it can transfer hot calls to your cell during hours you choose.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays. Missed and after-hours calls forward to the receptionist line. Later you can publish the new line if you want.
What does it cost to run besides the monthly fee?
Phone minutes above 500 a month, at cost. Most small businesses stay under that. Everything else is included.
What about texting and call-recording rules?
We build to them as part of the install. The receptionist says it is an AI and that the call is recorded. Missed callers get one text about their call. Every other text goes only to people who agreed to receive them, with STOP honored. Details are on the AI and calls page.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes, English and Spanish, and it switches when the caller does. My own companies run in both languages, so it had to.
Not sure it fits?
Take the two-minute readiness check. If the answer is "not yet", it will say so.
