These terms cover your use of builtbyestrada.ai, run by Daniel Estrada, doing business as Built by Estrada, in McAllen, Texas ("we", "us"). Paid services and products have their own written agreement or checkout terms, which control if they differ from these.

1. Free tools and content

The calculators, checklists, blog posts and sample chapters are general information. They give rough estimates from the numbers you enter and do not know your site, your market or your costs. Check every result before using it for a bid, a contract or a purchase. Nothing on this site is engineering, architectural, legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice.

2. Estimate Review Desk

An estimate review is a written opinion about the scope, quantities, pricing and completeness of a construction estimate, based only on the documents you send. It is not an engineering, architectural or structural review, an inspection, a code-compliance review, a legal opinion or an insurance adjustment. We don't visit the site or verify measurements, and we don't certify that any estimate is correct. We don't negotiate insurance claims or represent anyone in a claim against an insurer. Decisions about bids, contracts and construction are yours. Hire a licensed engineer, architect, inspector, attorney or adjuster when the work calls for one. Each review starts with a written quote and scope.

3. AI Office services

AI Office setups are provided under a separate written service agreement that covers price, scope, data handling, call-recording notices and text-message consent. We don't promise any number of calls, leads, sales or savings. See AI and calls for how the receptionist discloses itself and handles recordings and texts.

4. Pre-sale reservations and digital products

Reserving a founding price costs nothing and does not create a purchase. When a product is ready, we send a checkout link with the final price and terms. If a product does not ship, nobody is charged. Ship dates on product pages are targets, not promises. Digital products are licensed for use inside your own business. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.

5. Our content

The site, text, design, tools and products are owned by Daniel Estrada and protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short parts with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content, to probe or overload our systems, or to scrape the site in bulk.

7. No warranty

THE SITE, CONTENT, TOOLS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THE SITE OR TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, content, tools or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, content or products, or your violation of these terms or anyone else's rights.

10. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Consumer-protection laws of your state may still apply to you.
